Your privacy is our priority
Thought Garden Health LLC ("Thought Garden," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
1. What we collect

We do not collect your name, email, GPS location, photos, contacts, or microphone data.
2. Why we collect it
- To display your own mood history & weekly insights
- To power AI chat responses (messages are sent to OpenAI for processing)
- To improve reliability by diagnosing crashes
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How we store & protect it
- Data is stored in Google Firebase (Iowa, USA)
- Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access is limited to vetted team members under NDA
- We keep crash logs for 90 days, mood & journal data until you delete it
4. Your control

5. Sharing & third parties
We never sell or rent your data.

6. Children
- Thought Garden is not intended for children under 13.
- If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we delete it.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We'll post the new version here and notify you in-app 7 days before major changes.
